At Rabhasam Organic, we are committed to providing you with the purest organic products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be “No-questions-asked” for unopened products and supportive in the rare case of damage or quality issues.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unopened & Unused: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging (seal intact).

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID) is required to complete your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and health standards:

Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, if you add them later).

Opened food products (oils, ghee, flours, spices) unless they are spoiled or unfit for consumption upon arrival.

Gift cards.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging our cold-pressed oils and glass jars. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Reporting Period: Please report damages or quality issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Process: Email us at info@rabhasamorganic.com or WhatsApp +91 95387 52971 with photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

Resolution: We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for the damaged items.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account, or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to transfer the refund amount.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., size exchange for a sealed packet), send us an email at info@rabhasamorganic.com.
7. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our registered office:

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the return is due to our error or damage). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deductibles: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if arranged by us) may be deducted from your refund.
8. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In this case, a full refund will be initiated.

Post-Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse the delivery, and a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
